You start at (Grade) Debut and end on Grade 8, meaning you can take exams for nine grades of increasing difficulty. You can try out your skills in the following musical disciplines: electric and acoustic guitar, bass guitar, music production, drums, vocals, piano and ukulele. For each grade RSL provides suitable study material, where you will find everything you need to prepare for an RSL certification exam. You will learn how to master your instrument by playing compositions from popular contemporary artists. What’s more, you will have first-class audio recordings recorded by top British musicians in legendary studios. No boring practice for its own sake! The teaching environment and techniques are modern and effective, focusing as much as possible on practical experience.
